Shipping:
We currently ship within the US, to Canada and the following countries:
Australia, Austria, Bahamas, Belgium, Bermuda, Cayman Islands, Denmark, Fiji, Finland, France, Germany,Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Israel, Italy, Japan, Martinique, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Spain,
Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. Please email shannon@oonasera.com if
your country is not listed. All of our orders are shipped via
FedEx® Ground, UPS Ground or USPS®, depending on destination. Orders are usually packaged and shipped out within 24-48 hours after the
order is placed. Therefore, you can expect to receive your order (of in-stock
items) to your door in approximately 5-7 days.
Shipping Charges:
Free shipping for all orders shipped within the US. Shipping to Canada
- $20.00 Flat Rate; shipping to all other International listed
countries - $42.00 Flat Rate.
Order Confirmation:
You will receive two e-mails after you have placed your order and provided
us with a valid e-mail address:
1) The first email confirms that your order has been received; this e-mail
should arrive immediately after you place your order.
2) The second email confirms that your order has been shipped and will include
shipment tracking information; this e-mail should arrive within approximately
24-48 hours following authorization of your credit card and verification of your
information.
Return & Exchange Policies:
All returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days from the date of
purchase. If you need to exchange anything just notify us within 14
days and send the item back to us. We will not pay for shipping of
the returned item, but in the case of exchanges, we will take care
of the shipping of the new item back to you.
Please let us know by email or telephone that the item is coming
back for return or exchange. We will promptly credit your credit
card upon receipt of the returned item. We currently refund the
total amount of the returned item plus the original shipping costs,
but we do not send a prepaid mailing label for the returned item to
be sent back to us. Of course, if the item is defective or there are
special circumstances we will take care of all shipping costs. |
